Acceptance

By accessing or using Happy Oyster 3D, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website, early access intake, or any hosted workflows we make available.

Happy Oyster 3D currently operates as a product website and early access channel for a world-model SaaS focused on 3D environments, interactive video, and simulation-based content workflows. Features may change, expand, or remain limited during testing and staged rollout.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us, joining a waitlist, or using any hosted workflow. If accounts are introduced or enabled, you are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account.

Acceptable Use
